Hate to break it to you but there is no doubt a large number (probably the majority) of owners who feel the same way. They just wouldn't dare say it publicly for fear of reprisal. That's a problem; you say you want an "honest conversation" but it's completely one-sided. Y’all had an amazing chance to listen then. But no. You stole this young man’s career from him. Nobody is saying this co owner shouldn’t get another job again. Just saying it shouldn’t be for a company who’s employees are all black pretty much. Shouldn’t exist anywhere but definitely not there
